“Still struggling to cancel my membership”

A few years ago LDSSingles had great reputation. Knowing that, I used their great deal offer in LDSSingles and subscribed only to discover that no real girl was interested in me. I was pretty sure that by that time my LDSSingles subscription would have been cancelled. But I was mistaken: it was auto-renewed at a much increased subscription rate. I'm still struggling to cancel it: their customer service is either unresponsive or non-existent.
