I was a customer for almost twenty years. They may have good signals, but their Customer Service got very bad. They are rude, long wait times, and all they want you to do is go on line for everything. And their Customer contact is just for their convenience. So they have awful hours. I switched a year ago to another carrier, and the Customer Service is excellent. They treat you with respect. It was truly a nice welcome.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the lengthy hold time to speak with a customer service agent over the phone. We get the vast majority of our calls every year between the months of November through January. If you attempt to contact us during those months, the wait time will be extremely long. This is even with us hiring temporary, additional staff for both our call center and our warehouse. If you call, chat or email us any other time of the year, you will be assisted much more promptly.
