If I knew the order of Calendars I ordered was going to take this long; I would of ordered from Amazon. At least you don't have to wait this long. I should of read the reviews first.

Tip for consumers:
Why does it take so long for Customer Service to answer calls. And why so long for the delivery?
If I knew the Service was this bad; I would of ordered from Amazon.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the lengthy hold time to speak with a customer service agent over the phone. We get the vast majority of our calls every year between the months of November through January. If you attempt to contact us during those months, the wait time will be extremely long. This is even with us hiring temporary, additional staff for both our call center and our warehouse. If you call, chat or email us any other time of the year, you will be assisted much more promptly. I had an issue among dozens of others. No food left even one hour and half before closing. It's not the first time. It happened dozens of times. Good Luck trying to call Customer Service. It's outsourced overseas to another country. It just goes in circles.
It was a huge mistake for Chipotle to send Customer Service over seas. It's a big waste of time. I'm done with Chipotle for ever.

If you have any issues with Priceline, go to the Better Business Bureau. They will help. Calling Priceline Customer Service is a waste of time, and to make matters worse, the agents have terrible English. It's outsourced over seas. Not in the U.S.A.

I was a customer for almost twenty years. They may have good signals, but their Customer Service got very bad. They are rude, long wait times, and all they want you to do is go on line for everything. And their Customer contact is just for their convenience. So they have awful hours. I switched a year ago to another carrier, and the Customer Service is excellent. They treat you with respect. It was truly a nice welcome.

Terrible. It's gotten so bad. I watched them for years. They are a big joke.
I don't know why they still are on?
They lie, now they are trying to scheme more revenue, so you become a premium member. What a joke!

You wait and wait and wait on hold for an extremely long time. And when they pick up, you will be lucky if you find someone who knows what their doing, or the call gets disconnected.
