“Quick, easy and painless!”

Kentex is responsive. They answered all the questions that I asked. The package arrived intact from the US to their Wetlands location.
1. No hidden charges. It was straightforward.
2. Excellent customer service
3. They are legit. No monkey business.
4. Please organize your stuff properly and follow their guidelines to avoid delays.
I'm going to be sending more stuff to Kenya with them.
5. Didn't have to deal with customs.
6. Way better than regular shipping services.

Tip for consumers:
Include a shipping list with your package, label your stuff, share the shipping list with the recipient of the package beforehand. Have them compare what they received with what's on their list. Kentex Cargo allows your to inspect the goods before making a payment.
