I was satisfied with the timeliness of receipt of the order placed. However, I have had eye surgery now and may need to exchange them for a slightly different near-vision prescription.

This is an update to the previous review: iLookGlasses' staff was so very helpful when I found myself in the position of having new glasses that were no longer useful as my vision had changed substantially due to a jump in the wait list for eye surgery (cataract & goniotomy) caused by a cancellation. This was totally unexpected for at least 2 years hence.

ILookGlasses was advised of my conundrum and contacted me to offer to replace the lenses of my new glasses once a new vision test was provided. Because of subsequent infection, that test was delayed and delayed again. Once completed and a new prescription issued and forwarded to iLookGlasses, the process of replacement began. They covered the cost of returning the original glasses and the cost of shipping back the glasses with lenses that matched the new script. My surgery was July 9th and my new glasses in hand (on my face actually) November 9th. That was 15 weeks were I was wearing my old prescription or drugstore glasses and experiencing eyestrain. I must stress that NONE of this delay was due to iLookGlasses. They were very prompt in creating my new lenses and in sending them to me. I am very grateful to their help and assistance. I would recommend them unreservedly. They're prices too are a fraction of that charged by the local optical stores.

I ordered a cell phone battery Sep 13th; received Sep 26th. Emailed BatteryCanada Sep 27 to advise new battery would not hold a charge. After 3 hr on charge showed 0% charge. Also requested information on how to return the battery. Instead of providing the information I requested BatteryCanada chose to send me a replacement battery. In the meantime I had had my phone assessed at a repair shop and was advised it was too old to be updated with software updates. I decided to replace the phone so had no need of a replacement battery. Advised BatteryCanada that I had replaced my old phone and again requested instruction on how to return the batteries. Was advised since I had a software problem it was deemed that the battery was not the problem and I was to return both batteries at my cost if I wanted a refund. I inquired what their return policy is since I could not find it nor a link to it on their website. They have still not provided me with their return policy. This experience has affected my regard for this company since it has been so difficult to see a standard policy as their return policy.
