I have used the company for about 2 years now with 4 different orders ranging from $70-$250. All trees, bushes, or indoors plants were mediocre in their health and were always shipped poorly. I had to ask for a refund two times because by the time the peach trees arrived they were dry and could not make it, but they only give you credit. This means that if you want to use your funds you will have to place more orders, which require additional $29 shipping. Not happy overall and would not recommend this website. Moving forward, we will be looking into buying either from local nurseries or other websites.

I saw an ad on facebook i think of the company, and they had a promotion going on, where you would get a pair of baby shoes if you paid shipping only. I paid for shipping $10.50, but never received the item. Contacted them and noone ever responded. I had to make an appeal to PayPal, who made them send me part of the order. Took over a month and the shoes are not that "natural" either. Chinese product, and shipping is from China, no customer service. Don't pay anything this place.

When reviewing the order I got a $16 diacount for shipping, when ordering it disappeared.
I only received 12 out of 20 trees, but my order says fulfilled.

If you let us know right away (within 5 days) of how they arrive or if they are doing poorly, we can issue a refund. We also have our 30 day guarantee so that if your plants take a turn for the worse after planting, we can help with a replacement. Because we are selling live products, there are various environmental factors that can depend on the livelihood of a plant. We are happy to extend a store credit for the amount paid for any plants that perish under the 1 year warranty that was purchased and are always running free shipping promotions!
