I totally forgot I used them before! Hallelujah for a non-auction based seller providing parts I need that aren't from the remote reaches of the planet. I love that they provide a grid to help me size things and I can purchase with confidence. This purchase saved my Krups coffee maker. I already installed the part, so I cannot provide photos of it. I was desperate to get my machine back up and running.
Tip for consumers:
Don't put a lot of weight into the negative reviews. This site seems very willing to make any wrongs right. I have never had a problem with them.
