SCAM! AVOID! I just received an e-mail from this company stating I owe $123 to a company called PAYPAL INC. BUT IM NEVER USE CREDIT CARD AND I DONT HAVE A US DEBIT CARD LIKE A THREE YEARS! STOP SCAM!
