The last time I placed an order for glasses, the both rx's was made wrong. I called and was told I would get a credit for 2 glasses the next time I placed an order.( with no exp. Date) When I decided to order my glasses, I was told I already received my credit. I Did Not. I spoke to a supervisor and was told there is nothing on file as of today. He didn't even care that I was going to leave this negative feedback. Beware. If you have a problem with the order, your out of luck and money. It's terrible!
Tip for consumers:
If your order is processed correctly, then it's ok. Mine wasn't, and I'm out of luck. No rx glasses that I ordered and no money or credit back. They made a mistake on my prescription and said I would get credit if I re-ordered. Now when I try to re-order the glasses, my credit was removed from my account. Even spoke to a manager. Don't trust them
