The Dunham's in Livonia is terrible. The "manager" did not even know how to take my purchase out of lay-away. I went to the store in Livonia, MI. Maybe it is just this Dunham's. I will not be a returning customer
Trying to reach a human is impossible. I called the store on Five Mile in Livonia, no one answered. Phone ring, then music, phone rings, then music. Chat people are useless. I reached a chat agent Yehlen and she / he went AWOL. I called every 800 number I could find, all you reach is a bot, Kroger's prices are too high and their customer service - well do they have customer service? What a joke. Shop elsewhere! I sent 2 emails, still waiting for a response.
Tip for consumers:
Just wondering how long you will be in business as you do not value your customers or the terrible experiences they have....just look at your reviews. O that's right, your bots check the reviews, and since they don't have that option, they just ignore the customer.

I went to another store. Your customer service is terrible. No way to reach a human no matter how many 800 numbers you have. I could not ever reach a human at the local store. all you offer are bots. And your pricing....OVERPRICED. Chat is a joke, 800 numbers a joke, prices are raping people. Sent 2 emails, no response. O.. and fire Yelhen...agent left me there and went AWOL
