Addendum: Since my review below, I received speedy replies to my inquiries. A couple of the shirts I ordered were out of stock, so they refunded me within a couple days of getting the status of my order. It seems like their orders have gotten more difficult in the last year, but the customer service I received was great.

Original: I placed an order about 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive any shipping/tracking info. I did not do a custom tshirt design, so this should not be taking this long. I've emailed the customer service address on the website and got a ticket number on this problem, so we'll see? But i'm nervous this is a scam, seeing all these bad reviews for them now.
Their retail response email with the problem ticket number said I could reach them quicker with a chat on their website, but the website has no chat feature. If I don't get anything from them in a couple days, I'm gonna dispute the charge with my cc company and hopefully get all my money back. I'll be happy to give them a better review IF I get my items.
