I purchased a $220 dress online and it did not fit so I returned it. The dress was probably out of the box for a total of 3 minutes. A few days later I received the dress back with a rejection due to pet hair. The dress had negligible amounts of hair, certainly not enough to warrant the rejection. Customer service said they cannot return it due to their customers being allergic to pet hair. I called the stores in California to ask if they allow dogs and one associate enthusiastically responded "dogs are encouraged!" Yet, they will not accept my return and refund me $220. Do not buy from them, it's the worst customer service and unacceptable.
