Normally I love Chili's, I'm all about the place but their togo service is awful. :( The completely screwed up a HUGE order that was for a party we were throwing for my best friend. They forgot about a 1/4 of everything and got 3 of the entree's wrong. I hate to complain about them because I love them so much, we go there every Sat for dinner and I've always been impressed with service and quality but this was deplorable and it took an hour to get it sorted out.

I just wrote another review on a different site and I saw this and wanted to share my experience here as well. My dress came out beautiful, it's really hard to find pretty modest dresses, especially ones that are Temple ready but not with this company. I even asked for a few modifications and there was not an issue and they came out just as I had asked. I got so many compliments on it and everyone asked where I got it, so I told them.:)

As to what one of the posters said, I never had a problem with finding their phone number it was on their site. I do know that the owner is deaf so if you call you will talk to her assistant (who is fab) and if you want to speak to the owner directly you have to do so through email. I just wanted to throw that out there. But I would recommend them in a heartbeat and oh, I already have. :P
