I purchased a vehicle from Sbt japan early this year, the vehicle I orderd was Honda Fit on the website everything looked very fine, When I recieved the vehicle it was a shock to date they have not responded to my demands to refund me part of the money to repair the vehicle.The car I recieved had faded paint and rust on body area, right side mirror malfunctioning, the car was dirty as if was used to carry animals inside, some parts were falling of the engine area, paint was pilling off to date. The photos on website with what I recieved totally different, I reported to my account manager Nadia Hammed she failed to help only sent a form which I filled and sent back its been four months no response I reached her manager called HARIS he did nothing, all I asked was for part refund for me to repair the vehicle.
