Paid for delivery on the 8th and took day off but never arrived, chat bot was shocking and no level of service at all, was pretty much an attitude of "tough". Before they just cut you off! Don't use if you want it in time

Worst customer service I have come across , could not care less and just said it’s common to arrive 48 hrs late!!
