Items never shipped. A partial refund was sent in the form of a gift card for the site with no indication of what item the refund was for. After several emails requesting information about shipping dates and which item was cancelled, i finally requested a refund for the remaining balance.
After my initial email requesting an update following 4 months of waiting, a response mentioned an email that was sent a month prior regarding order. After an exhaustive search of my inbox and junk file, I'm fairly certain that email was never sent.
I would not recommend ordering from this site. All request for information regarding orders are answered with what appears to be a stock response that asks you to check earlier emails.
Some people apparently have had no issues ordering from Horrormerch.com. Unfortunately, I am not one of them.
The tshirt collection is quite extensive.
