This is by far the worst company I have done business with. The salesperson, who is also the customer service rep., is so very rude to customers. She hung up on me because I asked her name. I have filed claims against them with the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General's Office in both New York and New Jersey. If you can, please stay far far away from Opticsfast, if not your will be in the same situation as many of us. UNSATISFIED and FRUSTRATED.
