Painless. Just could not tell shipping date. One view when shipped to a local warehouse/distribution bldg gave me a date a month further out than having it shipped to my house. Can that be correct?

I bought a kit from CarXenonHIDKits last year. One bulb failed within 60 days. I asked for a replacement and was told it was shipped 4 months ago. I have tried several times to reach them by email, their online chat and calling them directly. The direct calls to customer service always go into voice mail. The chat always results in them telling me to send an email and wait 48 hours. The emails go unanswered. They feel like a scam.
