Received a delivery reminder on November 19 for a November 21 delivery. Didn't get the order.
Contacted customer service 3 times, but never received a reply. Then contacted the COO on LinkedIn and got crickets.
Finally got a hold of a rep on November 27 and they told me it's my fault.
These people don't care about their customers. They just want to make money and get their bonus check. They create stupid systems and then let their customer service reps take the heat.
