Over all, the company has given me good service. The insurance is expensive compared to other companies, but you get what you pay for... except when it comes to customer service over the phone. The typical wait time is an hour which i think its ridiculous, what is this a government agency? Im rating this one star because they need to connect you to an agent sooner than that. Insurance is expensive, they make good money, hire more representatives or make cancellation available on the website.
I've had a couple accidents and they are good at responding and taking care of the customer, for that I rate them higher, thats why I insure my car with them.
