“My Cole Ham boots sole cracked”

My Cole Haan boots sole cracked afeter I only wore them a couple of times. Very bad experience. Very poor quality. Specially coming from a reputable company. To me this is a very obvious factory defect. When I contacted customer service they did not show any interest. They said it was too late to return. I purchased them less than six months ago. The customer service gay told me he has never heard about this problem before. In this site I saw the same complain. Do not buy this shoes.
