Ordered a Forest garden gate and ironmongery. Only received gate and informed Elbec 3/4 weeks ago that ironmongery could not be supplied Sent 3 email and tried phoning twice and had no reply to emails and cant get an answer on the phone. Do they just take orders and money then if something goes wrong they do not want to know.
Tip for consumers: Only use if you can talk to them direct as they do not answer phone or reply to emails
