If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would. I have a total of 7 orders with them. The first order was perfect, the driver got to the restaurant before the order was ready, and was delivered to my house so fast it was like I was eating it at the restaurant. Then I had the second order which was fine, no issues. Order 3 was terrible, as I got the notification that the food was delivered, but when I opened my door, there was nothing there (also verified that there was no activity on my home security system) - refund given. Order 4 was fine, no issues. Order 5 was from a restaurant that was 5 minutes away but took over 20 minutes to arrive and since the order happened to be frozen treats, after the 20 minute joyride, when it finally arrived it was all liquid - completely melted - refund given. Order 6 was from the same place that order 1 came from, but this time the driver took forever to arrive at the restaurant, and I assume that the food was waiting there a while because when it finally arrived it was cold - it totally sucked, and was the driver's fault, but I didn't even bother complaining. Order 7 was an office order for work. Of the 5 orders, 2 were completely incorrect (one with an allergy issue), and one order was completely missing. I reported a problem and they responded that due to my account history, no refund would be issued. I responded that the previous issues were their fault and were absolutely legitimate, and this was ALSO their fault. I sent photos of the receipt, and the food and order tags which showed that things were absolutely wrong... NO REFUND GIVEN.

A couple suggestions, when food is delivered, they should have the driver take a photo of where they delivered to - so they can prove where it went to when the customer doesn't receive it. Also, they need to value their customers a lot more, and they need to own their mistakes. They are in food service and ultimately if it's not right, they need to make it right - we pay a lot to use the service, and IT NEEDS TO BE RIGHT.

POOLWEB is a terrible company with absolutely no integrity, and is dishonest with their advertising. They commit fraud on their unknowing customers and commit FALSE ADVERTISING with their sales website. They do not care about their customers and fail to be accountable for any mistake on their part, even if it is at the expense of their customers.

I searched the web for a replacement filter for my pool and I found what I wanted on their site. My pool filtration canister was listed and there was an accurate photo of the filter I needed. When the filter arrived, it was 1/3 of the height it should have been at about 10" tall, when the filter I needed and the filter advertised was 30" tall. I immediately reviewed the web page where I made the purchase and in the description it actually did say "9-7/8 inch high" at the bottom of the small print description, but I honestly thought that was a typo since the MAIN product description clearly listed my filtration unit (TXC75) and showed an ACTUAL photo of the 30" high filter cartridge that was consistent with what I needed to purchase. So the item I was purchasing matched 2 of the 3 factors which led me to believe it was the correct item, but it wasn't. Furthermore, it is not even a "Pentair genuine replacement cartridge element" as stated - so there's more false advertising and fraud...

With it being the completely wrong product, I processed a return and they provided a shipping label - which in the e-mail states that they are going to deduct $10.60 from my total refund amount (17.5% of the cost of the product). I called them and explained the situation, but despite their displaying the incorrect photo of the item, they refused to fully reimburse me for my refund. Despite them being guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING, they refuse to reimburse me fully for the return. I tried my best to calmly reason with them, but they refuse to do the right thing and provide me a full refund. They simply do not care that they falsely advertised a product and have committed fraud on their customer. I guess they never heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. As an online sales business, they should know that their customers rely on photos as a big part of making purchases, and this should go without saying, but this company is not that smart - or they do and they are willfully defrauding their customers.

I do not recommend purchasing from POOLWEB as they refuse to be accountable for their mistake and expect the customer to shoulder the cost of the return shipping for a refund. They refuse to accept any responsibility and place the blame fully on the customer, even if the mistake is on them. This joke of a company has no integrity, they have no respect for their customers, and they have terrible customer service. POOLWEB is a completely morally suspect company absolutely without integrity. Their website is plastered with slick terms like "This item is backed by a one year Poolweb Guarantee" and "Hassle Free Returns", but none of it is true and it's all a sham.

They will be getting reported to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission for their irresponsible sales practices, their false advertising, and their committing fraud on their unknowing customers - all with no cares and no remorse.

I am a long time Bouqs customer going back to the beginning of 2016 and have placed 30+ orders with them. Several of my most recent orders have had issues such as FLOWERS DAMAGED, FLOWERS OF POOR QUALITY, MISSING FLOWERS... As an organization BOUQS DOES NEED A LOT OF HELP. There is apparently NO QUALITY ASSURANCE when it comes to orders going out to customers. Bouqs needs to get their QA and level of customer service in check to show they are a company that actually cares enough about their customers to make sure their orders are correct and of good quality. As of now, they have shown me they don't care about the customer. I hate to write this bad review, but BOUQS truly deserves it. Good bye and I hope your service improves for future customers.
