If I could give a ZERO star rating, I would. I have a total of 7 orders with them. The first order was perfect, the driver got to the restaurant before the order was ready, and was delivered to my house so fast it was like I was eating it at the restaurant. Then I had the second order which was fine, no issues. Order 3 was terrible, as I got the notification that the food was delivered, but when I opened my door, there was nothing there (also verified that there was no activity on my home security system) - refund given. Order 4 was fine, no issues. Order 5 was from a restaurant that was 5 minutes away but took over 20 minutes to arrive and since the order happened to be frozen treats, after the 20 minute joyride, when it finally arrived it was all liquid - completely melted - refund given. Order 6 was from the same place that order 1 came from, but this time the driver took forever to arrive at the restaurant, and I assume that the food was waiting there a while because when it finally arrived it was cold - it totally sucked, and was the driver's fault, but I didn't even bother complaining. Order 7 was an office order for work. Of the 5 orders, 2 were completely incorrect (one with an allergy issue), and one order was completely missing. I reported a problem and they responded that due to my account history, no refund would be issued. I responded that the previous issues were their fault and were absolutely legitimate, and this was ALSO their fault. I sent photos of the receipt, and the food and order tags which showed that things were absolutely wrong... NO REFUND GIVEN.
A couple suggestions, when food is delivered, they should have the driver take a photo of where they delivered to - so they can prove where it went to when the customer doesn't receive it. Also, they need to value their customers a lot more, and they need to own their mistakes. They are in food service and ultimately if it's not right, they need to make it right - we pay a lot to use the service, and IT NEEDS TO BE RIGHT.
