They will send a wrong items and never exchange or refund or even send a return label. Saying again and again by phone and email that it's going to happened just to drag time and make customer tired to keep reminding them to do the right thing. Total scam. Communication with customer service became just listening their lie over and over. Blaming numerous non-exiting "department" they have and openly bull$#*!ting. Bad enough they advertise and sell items they simply don't have in stock and they send wrong/alike ones hoping customer just keep it anyway. But if u insist on sending back wrong item- they will just continue lying,- this time that they will help you and give u refund or exchange, They never do!
