I purchased a full set of husky floor mats for my wife's car. I received tracking info on my order that I could not track. The tracking info does not show up on UPS website. I emailed their customer service and they informed me they are waiting on the shipping company for the updated tracking info. Isn't that their responsibility? One of my items showed up 6 days later. Still missing the remaining two items I ordered with no tracking information.
+Never again will I use a 3rd rate company!
