3 years in a row now Puritan says they signed me up for the rewards program. Then every year they say Nope your not signed up. Very Poor system.

These guys are no where close to experts. They are totally rude and nasty. They lie to you and will hang up on you. They Do Not stand behind the so called Lifetime warranty. Headlights go out in a couple months then the so called Warranty is no good because THEY say it's a part that is on back order. Look for other great companies and READ ALL THE REVIEWS OF THESE RIP OFFS. SAFE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACHE. NO... I REPEAT NO RETURNS as they have a ton of excuses as to why you dont get a part. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY MONEY BACK OR CREDIT. THEY WILL NOT SHIP TO YOU SAYING THEY ARE ON BACK ORDER, BACK ORDER. THEY ONLY WRITE BACK IN LITTLE HALF SENTANCES. Saying NEXT WEEK, CHECK BACK NEXT WEEK. RUN AWAY FROM THESE NONE experts. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND RUDE ON THE PHONE... ONCE YOU PURCHASE.
Tip for consumers:
The rude service you get. They sell cheap auto headlights that do not hold up. 1 headlight was broke before it even arrived. They lie to you if you purchased from them but talk decent before you buy. They hang up on you and swear at you.
