Booked directly from Hotel's web site and I get an email from Resaver stating NO REFUND policy. I called to cancel the reservation and they said the policy is no refund. This was disclosed up front. They are crooks. I called the Hotel and they said they cannot help. They were not even sure how I booked the Hotel. Now I have Discover working on not paying this charge for a Scamming, rip off artist. Unreal how many comments here say the same thing and the company is still around. Should be banned...
