This company smashed items we had kept for 30 years since we were married. We marked very box fragile and stated that they were ceramic content in the main but nearly all of a 10 box consignment arrived smashed. It was ll packed in bubble wrap and quite a few items in their original boxes. They even snapped the legs of a slow cooker we sent. If you are ever thinking a using this company DON'T, just take a sledge hammer to your sentimental items and save yourself alot of money. They blamed the courier who they employed which is disgraceful and offered us 8 pound in compensation which I told them to keep. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY

Visa services at this company are shocking. I paid 1200 AED for a Visa extension and asked countless times for a copy of this visa, eventually I got a screen shot of the GDRFA website but no visa. When I left Dubai i was fined 3,000 AED for an overstay so either what they are doing is useless or they are taking money from clients know their services don't work ( Incompetent). Subsequently they replied to my concerns, trying to find excuses as to why my visa didn't work and confirming I should have had jurisdiction to stay in Dubai until 16th July 2022. They are scammers.

I have ordered from Ferns and petals now 5 times and every single time they have been late with their delivery. I gave them one last chance for my latest delivery for my wife that I ordered from the UK, they were so late in delivery this time that she had gone to bed and though I had missed her special day. She picked up the order the next morning. Bearing in mind this is the 5th time this has happened ( each time I made a extra payment for a time slot delivery) they offered me a tiny 15% discount on my next order... joke! I have heard that while other delivery services are a bit more expensive they are much better so I will use them in future and suggest you all do the same.

Delivery service is awful, used to use these quote alot but now won't deliver to DSO from Mirdif. I have pointed this problem they have countless times. They come up with lame reasons how to get round it but none work. They need to put DSO on their website but they won't so use someone else now. THEY DON'T CARE!
