I had done the booking at Savera Inn hotel Bhopal on 9-Dec-23 via GoIbibo paying full in advance for my stay from 17-Dec to 20-Dec. After booking called the hotel on their provided no *******906, where Mr. Pankaj confirmed the booking. Then on 16-Dec 9:49 AM, received called from *******233 (Mr. Dheeraj). He SAID that there is renovation going on in his hotel, and thus I MUST CANCEL IMMEDIATELY. He said that he has been TRYING TO REACH OUT TO GOIBIBO for 2 days to inform them, but nobody is reachable. He further said he is not responsible for the inconvenience caused to me or for the fact that I may not get any hotel booking at last moment, since I am GoIbibo's customer, not his! Subsequently I tried reaching out to GoIbibo, but they do not have any helpline. Their number *******0407 and *******5107 is USELESS and BOGUS. Equally useless is their WhatsApp support. Basically there is no way to reach out to GoIbibo as well, and Customer is left in lurch by both GoIbibo and the Hotel Savera Inn.
