Sept 1,2023, ordered MDHearing tubes for Volt+ hearing aid. Several ( 3) E-mail inquiries to MDHearing referred to USPS tracking number which always, when contacted showed information received but no item. However, after every E-mail contact MDHearing right away asked per E-mail how good their service was!
Called Customer Service *******914 twice, after lengthily prologue how good MDHearing works for its customers voice claims no agent available at this time call back later! Will wait until Sept 15,3 weeks after ordering, and will stop payment to MDHearing. They deserve a 1 (one) STAR-MINUS.
Tip for consumers:
MDHearing Aids seem to be working, but NO service for exchange parts, in spite of elevated prices.

Returned aids after 3 weeks. Was told they did not receive them. Sorry you lose several hundred...
Tried these out for two weeks. Paid $300 for the pair. Not worth even one third of that amount....
