Tried these out for two weeks. Paid $300 for the pair. Not worth even one third of that amount. Sound is tinny and squeals in your ear that will take away what remaining hearing you have if you're not careful. Tried multiple adjustments volume, programs, nothing helped. Watching TV? Forget it! Complete waste of time and money. And now that I want an RMA to return, I spent 20 minutes on hold to ask for one only to be told no agent is available and to call back later and hung up on by the automated system. I bought these without talking to an agent. Why do I need to talk to an agent to return them? Ridiculously, they warn you multiple times that if you return without an RMA they promise to deduct a 20% restock fee from your refund. A total SCAM. Think twice before you buy--these are nothing but earbuds made to look like hearing aids. My $180 Airpods Pro do a much better job for me. These people claim they want to help you hear better, but make you get on the phone to prove otherwise. It's simple. I want an RMA. These don't work for me, and nothing any MD telephone agent says or does is gonna change my mind. So whats the point of this dance? I'm pretty sure someone from MD will comment here with some empty apology and ask me to call again to waste more precious time. You're fooling no one MD.
