I received an email from TechAmerica/cleverbridge on 2/1/2022 stating my transaction has been processed and if I want to cancel and avoid the $349 charge I must do so be 1/2/2022 - 30 days ago. I called customer support, Albert, to question the charge for a service I never subscribed to and ensure that I wasn't charged. I requested the original proof of purchase and was told under one condition. Albert then explicitly shared the condition " Let me f. K you b. Tch" He then hung up. I was shocked. This situation should make anyone question doing business with them. TechAmerica is the company thy were allegedly representing
