Two weeks ago I had sn ugly experience with CenterWell and dropped a bomb on them as a rating. Frankly, i was afraid to call back. I just did not want the headache. Well, today I called back and got a terrific agent named Jackie. She apologized for the problem and connected me with another good agent, and finally a pharmacist named Peter. He explained the strange changes in my prescription and worked out the details. I think the best way to work either CenterWell is if you get an agent who is not responsive to your needs, ask for another agent. For now. I upgraded my review.
