I overpaid for an MRI in April. This is July and I just called to find out where my $215 was. I was told it will be another 30-45 days. This is complete rubbish. Why can't I get my $ back. Please don't go here. This company won't do your scan without paying upfront. Use Banner Imaging or Smiles. Simon Med has been such a nightmare.

Tip for consumers:
I have also had appointments changed without calling me. I actually show up to the appointment I know about only to be told I don’t have one. They don’t do that service this day so they changed it. Who does that? Also needed a morning X-ray and both locations said no X-rays. Best thing for me to do is never use Simon Med ever again. No more stress.
