This all happened within 24hrs.
I cancelled the booking because of very bad review on the internet. And considering I called via phone 2x to cancel before tickets were issued. I got email saying no refund.
Your booking said 3hrs when in fact it took more than 12hrs to get booking confirmation. This proves that you mislead your customers.
No thanks. No service/ product exchanged for payment given by customer.
