I was granted a refund in November 2019.
As of the 18th of March 2020, I am yet to receive the payment.
Called the customer service multiple times and I was given a different email address to reach out to

On the 23rd of Feb. 2020 they wrote:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email.
We would like to inform you that your booking has been cancelled and refund 637 EUR processed on 2020-02-10 and it should be accessible 3 to 5 working days.
