First of all, my lamp would not connect to wifi despite my having the correct kind. Second, it was advertised as having a larger projection area than other lamps. When it was on, that clearly is not the case as the pattern is no bigger than my other lamps.
I brought these things to their attention, and they told me to reinstall the app and a few other things, which did not work. The lamp still doesn't connect to the net.
Now they want me to do a video? Describing everything?!? I've never had a company demand this. I told them to keep their money and I'll just tell the public of my experience. Absolutely ridiculous.
