I placed an order with MotoSport.com about 4 weeks ago for Bonamici Chain Adjusters. I received a prompt Email stating they were back-ordered. No big deal. I received my order approximately 3 weeks later and upon inspection, one of the chain adjusters looked double stamped at the adjustment alignment notch and somewhat crooked. I immediately notified MotoSport and did not get a response for a day or two. I sent a second Email, and still no response. I then contacted Paypal to get them in the loop. I gave three more days and still no response. So I filed my claim with Paypal. I also posted my review on their website which said it was "read by staff but did not follow their guidelines"; like what, I gave them 1-Star and spoke the absolute truth on the situation? You can respond that you removed my review, but you WONT respond when I expect a replacement or refund? Bottom line is, they seem shady, can't get a hold of when necessary, and I am thinking the parts were not authentic but Chinese knockoffs. Otherwise, stand by your products that are not as described or arrived slipping through Quality Assurance. The description says "precision adjustments" not "Close to" or "Good enough." And crooked adjustments are not going on my motorcycle.
