I have placed a few orders with Autograph/Beme, and it is always a problem trying to find someone in Customer Services who even cares. I live in Auckland NZ, and they are refusing to give me any credit for an order which has gone missing, they say - this item was delivered to Hoppers Crossing and you are not entitled to a credit. I had to google Hoppers Crossing and it is 27km west Melbourne, but trying to convince them that Auckland is not even in the same country is impossible. I would get more sense from a three year old - 4 times they have advised me it was delivered and now I even have a full address - then I get to check as courier says "left in a safe place". Then they go away and don't reply. On the other order they give me a tracking reference which AustPost says does not exist, then tell me to take it up with Australia Post myself
