I called in to purchase a set of tickets. The representative informed me I could choose my seats. I kept him on the line during the purchasing process. He informed me I would receive an email that would let me purchase specific seats.
I ended up receiving a random seat assignment. I confronted the sales rep and asked why he had lied to me. He did not say much and transferred me to customer service.
This is one of the worst ticket buying experiences I have ever had. Don't lie to your customers!
