AMP Payment systems called my business and claimed that their call was not a solicitation. I asked if they were wanting to earn my business. Ayla, the floor supervisor, said yes. I asked if they had hired Jaren to call me. Ayla said yes. So, I asked if Jaren had called me because AMP wanted my business. Ayla said yes. So, when is cold-calling a business because you want to earn their business not a solicitation? Apparently, the answer is that if AMP does it, it is not a solicitation.
