I ordered my clothes over three weeks ago. For the longest time they set the label was created but it had not shipped. I kept emailing to ask about it, and they kept telling me to wait longer and that it was on the way. It was very clear that it was not on the way yet. After 2 1/2 weeks, it finally left the facility, And since then it's been sitting who knows where for another five days. The customer service has been absolutely atrocious. One of the items that I purchased was oversold so they told me I wasn't going to receive it and offered my money back on a gift card rather than the original payment. Absolutely horrible on every level.
