I accidentally ordered the wrong screen protector. I immediately requested that my order be canceled and I ordered the correct screen protector. I never got any response or confirmation that my order had been successfully canceled. So the next day I tried again. Again I got no response. A week later I got the wrong screen protector delivered to me. I attempted to contact customer service so that I could find out what I need to do to return the order and get a refund as I was charged for the order. No response. 2 days later I got the correct screen protector delivered. I attempted again to contact customer service to see about doing a return and getting a refund on the incorrect one which they sent me even though I requested that it be canceled. No response. So needless to say I never got any refund for having the wrong screen protector delivered even after I requested it to be canceled. I still have never gotten a response back from customer service.
