I recently ordered a cellphone case for my moto one 5g ace that was listed as compatible with my phone. After receiving it I found out it didn't have a fingerprint cutout, which was important to me. I emailed customer service and they wouldn't give me a refund. They said I could send it back at my expense, which would have been over half of what I paid for it. Since there website directed me to this case they should have refunded my money. Customer services only response was I got what I ordered. Needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore.
