It's been 2 weeks since I paid for my order and they still didn't ship out my package. They didn't give me any notice about products out of stock or any delay. I just realised the whole thing when I went on to check my order. I emailed them like 10 times and they just use automatic email to answer. Then email me that they going to ship out 1 item and I will be informed when the rests are shipped out (but didn't mention WHEN!) while in the last email I request a refund because I have been waiting for too long. LITERALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0 & SHOW NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS
