Updates after payments made a joke. Out of date website. Nothing current. Slow. All the money this bank makes on interest you would think they would have a more efficient website. I would give 0 stars if i could. Ridiculous
They have no reasoning behind holding a 3k check for weeks, but will approve a 13k check in a day. They are the worst bank i have ever dealt with. No people in bank but you have to make appointments to handle business. Give me a break. They contradict each other between branch and main cs. No wonder they owe fines over 200 million. WE have to pay it for them… bad business!
