I ordered a pair of boots. I never got an email confirmation or anything.
They charged my card though. When I wrote to customer service they had no record of me ordering anything.
I told them I wanted to cancel the order because I needed it in a time frame. Plus they didn't even have my order.
They asked me to prove they charged me to mail them my entire statement in the mail. They must be crazy I'm not ok with that. You should never have to send your bank statement to an e-commerce site. That is not right. Not sure what kind of company this is.
I just disputed filed a dispute on my card for the charge.
