They cost me 6 times the total purchase price in damages to my company and work by cancelling my order and not calling me, having to reorder it the day it's supposed to already be there and they expressed on the phone that this is alright with them and acceptable. To cost their customers thousands if only to avoid some of the minimal risk there is to BEING AN ECOMMERCE COMPANY that delivers their customers $300 orders. Then after 30 minutes on the phone notified me that the order would likely be canceled again because my billing office address is not my shipping address. Meanwhile american express has no problem with fraud detection, the are fine with my purchase. Telling me to use paypal is what a scammer on the internet would do. Real business accept credit cards. Real businesses don't damage their customers business because they are so risk adverse and afraid to do ecommerce. I didn't make you get a webpage and open an ecommerce storefront. Don't take it out on my business that you decided to join the 21st century.
