I don't want to give stars but I need to give 1 star or I won't be able to do the next step... I have placed my first order with Vitamart.ca and I am having a lot of problems. My order has been delayed. And today the parcel has delivery status but i don't get it And try to contact the store to report this problem. And they say they are not responsible for any problems that arise when the status says delivered.

So I would like to share this experience with others to know that the after sales service from Vitamart.ca is terrible. Because the shop doesn't help me when this problem arises. But I'll have to wait another 3 business days if Canadapost can't find my package. And the merchant is not responsible I would like to ask what to do in the next step. Or I will have to bring evidence from Canadapost for them to help me and take it to report and complaint to hold the merchant accountable in the next step. (But I hope within 3 business days I hope Canadapost will find the package and return it to me. Because it is a very high price that I paid. With amount: $561.63

And they are not responsible for the problem like they told me to contact Canadapost themselves and they are not responsible if I don't receive the package. A good store must take responsibility and provide good after-sales service to customers, not to say that they are not responsible for the problem, this is all they can do is let me contact Canadapost, all of this is a disappointment. And the mistakes I made shopping with Vitamart.ca
