I never received any information about charges. I also never received any terms and conditions. Neither is available on their website or on the app. After 5 months I have sold the vehicle. I am being charged the full annual premium plus 75.00 cancellation fee, I found this firm through meerkat. I won't trust them again either. When ringing them, I was told on my original email there were the terms and conditions. Well I still have the email and none to be seen anywhere. I am complaining to the financial ombudsman. For every complaint, GROVE has to pay the FOS 750.00. So please please all of you must complain. It's free for you and you could get some money back.
