“Terrible customer service and no idea what they are doing!”

Phone returned for repair. Phone suddenly turns off. Sent 2 months ago to be repaired, they still have not received it. They keep saying we will inform you and keep you updated etc etc all the nonsense.

Still have not received it extremely unprofessional and a disgraceful company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! PAY THE EXTRA £30-£40 AND BUY FROM THE UK. TRUST ALL THE POOR REVIEWS YOU HAVE READ. THIS COMPANY IS ATROCIOUS.

Now 28/12/2016, item sent 31/Oct.

They have no idea at all!
